produced by Johannes Ohlig in the Rheinhessen, fruity and floral, with bright fruit flavors and clean, crisp acidity
Husch 2011 Chenin Blanc @ $12.99
an off-dry white with alluring aromas of fresh picked apricot, peach, and melon, vibrant on the palate with zesty acidity and a luscious mouthfeel
Qupe 2010 Bien Nacido Cuvee @ $19.99
a 50/50 blend of ultra-ripe Viognier and Chardonnay picked at the low end of ripeness, intensely aromatic with great freshness, balance, and structure, only 1,765 cases made
Casal de Arman 2010 Ribeiro @ $22.99
from Galicia, mostly Treixadura with a little Godello and Albarino blended in, pure driving fruit with an abundance of minerally flavors and steely texture
Laporte 2011 Sancerre Le Rochoy @ $23.99
surprisingly big, with aggressive, vibrant Sauvignon Blanc flavors, rich, with some weight on the palate
Vaccelli 2010 Roger Courreges Blanc @ $32.99
a Vermentino from Corsica, complex and balanced, with pleasant peppery, mineral notes

from Umbria, mostly Sangiovese with a little Ciliegiolo blended in, with bright cherry fruit and just the right amount of acidity
(new vintage) LAN 2008 Rioja @ $12.99
fresh and balanced, brimming with cherry, spice and licorice, with light, firm tannins and vibrant acidity
Peachy Canyon 2010 Incredible Red @ $12.99
dark red color, fresh strawberries, bright cherries, vanilla, mocha, sweet raspberries, bright, light tannins, mildly spicy, refreshing, easy to drink
Casa de Mouraz 2010 Dao @ $13.99
from an organic winery in the Dao region of Portugal, a blend of several native varieties with sweet cherry and berry fruit and good acidity
Romarins 2010 Cotes du Rhone @ $14.99
a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Carignan, rich and spicy on the palate with plenty of backbone and structure
Chapillon 2006 Harmonie @ $14.99
a 90/10 blend of Petit Verdot and Tannat from Aragon in Spain, medium-bodied, with bright raspberry and blueberry flavors and a touch of meatiness
